Capt. Gregg McKee is a full time fishing guide and owner of Wildfly Charters, providing
full service flats trips in both Southwest Florida and Puerto Rico. Born in central
PA, (Go Steelers!) Capt. Gregg started his fishing career after moving to Key West
in 1993. He guided the Keys until 2005 when he and his wife Amanda moved to the
island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Gregg started fishing the waters surrounding Pine
Island in 2001 when his parents retired to beautiful Matlacha, FL. He immediately
fell in love with the area and now spends half the year chasing snook, redfish, and
tarpon from Boca Grande to South Ft. Myers. Capt. Gregg runs a 17 foot Beavertail

Capt. Kirk San Cartier offers guided trips through some of the most famous fishing
waters in the world and to some of the most pristine mangrove islands that this area
has to offer. His 24 ft. Pathfinder is equipped with a 250 Suzuki which allows him
access to the most isolated back bay waters or he can comfortably navigate through
the deeper waters as well. His boat is equipped with a spotting tower and it has
a ten inch draft; perfect for the shallow waters in the back bays.

in Clewiston Florida. Mark is a full time guide on Lake Okeechobee and surrounding
waters, he is also a professional tournament bass angler fishing tournaments from
Lake Erie to Lake Okeechobee. Mark is a member of the Florida Outdoor Writers Association,

Captain Van Hubbard
Captain Van Hubbard is 58 years old and has a Passion for fishing. He grew up fishing
in the Tampa Bay area. Fishing is in his blood. Captain Van has been a licensed
fishing guide fishing Florida’s local waters for over 25 years. Van understands “giving
back” a concept shared and practiced by his Grandfather. Captain Van works with several
of the conservation and research agencies throughout the state of Florida. Captain
Van’s extensive fishing experience on and off the water will help you enjoy a wonderful
day on the water while targeting such species as snook, trout, redfish, tarpon, pompano,
kingfish, cobia and
many other fish that call southwest Florida home.
Capt. Rob Modys
Capt. Rob Modys is a full time back-country guide who’s been fishing the waters of
South West Florida since boyhood. He specializes in both light tackle spin and fly-fishing
and supplies all the necessary gear for your charter. You’ll spend your day aboard
“Kindred Soul”, an 22 foot Skeeter bay boat that can navigate the shallow waters
of Pine Island Sound and Estero Bay while searching for snook, redfish, trout and

Capt. George Howell
Born and raised on the outer banks of North Carolina, Capt. George Howell grew up
fishing waters very similar to the back bays, sounds, rivers and beaches of southwest
Florida. Before moving to Lee County to pursue his dream of becoming a professional
angler, Capt. George earned his degree in biology, an education that is continually
used as an angler and fishing guide. The inshore waters of our area are full of wildlife,
and most importantly WORLD CLASS FISHING! Capt. George is a full time fishing guide
and strives to educate people about our local environment and catching the fish of
a lifetime!
Captain Chick Melfi
Captain Chick Melfi enjoys taking people fishing, primarily offshore in his 30 foot
Pursuit Center Console, powered by twin 250hp Yamaha outboard engines. The vessel
is equipped with all high quality electronics and tackle. Capt Chick has fished S.W.
Florida waters for over twenty years and continues to have a passion for being on
the water & catching quality fish like Grouper, Snapper, Cobia, Amberjacks, and any
other species that come his way. The bigger the fish, the better. He also enjoys

Capt. John Wood
Capt. John Wood writes his column, the Deep End, and offshore fishing reports monthly
for the Nautical Mile. Capt. John of Offshore Express Charters has been fishing offshore
of Englewood for 15 years. Departing from Marine Dynamics through Stump Pass, Capt
John and his mate, Robbie Grouper, provide their charter guests with a total fishing

Capt. Jason Jones
Tie One On Shallow Water Charters / Fishing the Pine Island Sound, Matlacha, and
Sanibel surrounding “Inshore” waters, I specialize in fishing for Redfish, Snook,
Trout and Tarpon (seasonal). We will be spending our day in a custom 07’ Sterling
220XS flats boat powered by the Mercury 250Pro XS. This boat is loaded with every
bell & whistle imaginable! Catch and release is strongly recommended but not enforced!
